Terms of use
These terms apply to hollowsrecords.xyz and to purchases or reservations made through Hollows. By using the site you accept them.

Site content
Artwork, text, logos and audio on this site belong to Hollows or to the credited rights holders. You may browse for personal use. Do not copy, scrape, or redistribute catalogue material without written permission.
Demo submissions
- You confirm you own or control the rights to material you send.
- Sending a demo does not create a deal or an obligation to reply.
- We may listen, decline, or follow up at our discretion.
- Do not send finished files as attachments; use a private link.
Shop and pressings
- Vinyl and merch are sold in limited runs. Stock and estimated ship dates can change.
- Payment is due when you place or confirm an order. We do not ship unpaid goods.
- Pre-orders are charged when you buy; dispatch follows the date given on the product note (subject to change).
- Claims for damage or short delivery must be emailed within seven working days of receipt, with photos where relevant.
Returns
Faulty items: contact us within seven working days of delivery. We will replace the item or refund the invoice value at our option. Change-of-mind returns are at your cost, unused and in original packaging, within 14 days of receipt where consumer law allows.
Shipping and duties
Carriage is charged at cost unless stated otherwise. Orders are usually packed and handed to the carrier within a few working days of payment (pre-orders follow the date on the release). International buyers may owe import VAT or duties on arrival; those are your responsibility.
Payments
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and Apple Pay on checkout. Card details are handled by the payment provider; Hollows does not store full card numbers on this site.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Hollows' liability for any claim related to goods or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
