Privacy — Hollows

This policy describes how Hollows (the record label operating hollowsrecords.xyz), referred to below as "we", handles personal information you give us when you use this website or contact us.

What we collect

Demo submissions: artist name, email address, a private listening link, and any note you choose to include.
Shop enquiries: name, email, shipping address, and the title you want to reserve, when you write to us to buy a pressing.
Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time). We do not run advertising trackers.
Payments: card and PayPal checkouts are handled by the payment provider. Hollows does not store full card numbers.

How we use it

To review demos and reply if we want to follow up.
To fulfil vinyl orders and answer support requests.
To keep the site secure and diagnose faults.

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for marketing lists unless you ask to be added.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Essential technical storage may be used by your browser for normal page loading. Third-party players or links (for example Spotify) are governed by those services' own policies.

Retention

Demo emails are kept only as long as needed to review them, then deleted or archived internally. Order and correspondence records are kept as required for accounting and customer service.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, or object to certain processing. Write to contact@hollowsrecords.xyz.
